I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your incredible contribution to the ARI NSW 2026 Conference.
Your facilitation of the Financial Sustainability & Revenue panel and The Future of Pools sessions was exceptional. You hosted with such a great mix of knowledge, humour and warmth, it made the sessions incredibly engaging and, I have to say, they were some of my favourites across the conference.
You have a fantastic way of bringing people into the conversation, making complex topics feel accessible, and keeping the energy in the room. The discussions were insightful, practical and genuinely enjoyable, which is no small feat given the subject matter.
Thank you for the professionalism and presence you brought across both sessions, it made a real difference to the overall program and delegate experience.
