Skills and Experience:

  • Alexa has 9 years’ experience in the administration field, starting off in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry. She is passionate about her community, especially in ensuring a safe and sustainable future for the next generation.
  • Alexa worked as a direct assistant to the managing director of a growing childcare company, helping with the expansion and onboarding of centres, staff, and new systems.
  • As a Personal Assistant, Alexa has experience into stepping into various roles and responsibilities of any office team member, from Office Manager, Payroll Officer, HR Manager, marking coordinator, through to Receptionist. Alexa has experience in management of staff, being responsible for supporting managers and their teams.
  • Alexa has overseen management and operations meetings, minutes, and board papers for small to large teams.
  • With her skills in Marking Management, from social media content, newsletters, radio and other campaigns, Alexa ensures she reaches the right demographic of clients in a way they will best respond.
