Alexa Springall is LARCAN’s Office Team Leader and Executive Officer for Parks and Leisure Australia NSW/ACT. With strong expertise in administration, events, and stakeholder engagement, and backed by her IAP2A Certificate of Engagement, she ensures projects run smoothly and collaboratively.

Skills and Experience:
- Alexa holds her IAP2 Certificate of engagement and has recently participated in IAP2 training to specifically learn alternatives to capture hard to reach voices.
- Alexa has 10+ years’ experience in the administration field, starting off in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry. She is passionate about her community, especially in ensuring a safe and sustainable future for the next generation.
- Alexa is a highly proficient user, and administrator of, engagement platform community 360 and supporting systems such a survey monkey, quick poll, and various social media platforms.
- Part of her role as an Executive Officer for Parks and Leisure Australia, Alexa oversees all promotional materials and member engagement for the NSW/ACT Region. She manages events and region conferences, collates surveys and feedback, and ensures all members are heard.
- Alexa worked as a direct assistant to the managing director of a growing childcare company, helping with the expansion and onboarding of centres, staff, and the setting up and implementation of new systems.
- Alexa has a strong background in graphic design and formatting. With an eye for detail Alexa can ensure promotional materials and reports are aligned to any brand guidelines, ensuring a high-quality end product.
- With her skills in Marketing Management, from social media content, newsletters, radio and other campaigns, Alexa ensures she reaches the right demographic of clients in a way they will best respond.
